Using the App
Automatic Synchronization
Once connected, Supermem automatically syncs your Zoom cloud recordings. After each meeting with cloud recording enabled:
- The recording is automatically detected and imported
- Audio/video is transcribed and processed
- AI generates a summary, key points, and action items
- The meeting memory becomes searchable in your knowledge base
Viewing Meeting Records
To access your processed meetings:
- Navigate to the "Memories" section in Supermem
- Filter by source "Zoom" to see all meeting records
- Click on any meeting to view the full summary, transcript, and action items
Searching Your Meetings
Use Supermem's search functionality to find information across all your meetings:
- Search by keywords, topics, or participant names
- Use natural language queries like "What did we discuss about the Q1 budget?"
- Filter results by date range or specific meetings
Managing Sync Settings
In Settings > Integrations > Zoom, you can:
- Choose which types of meetings to sync (all meetings, specific meetings, etc.)
- Set up automatic deletion policies
- Configure notification preferences
Removing the App
You can disconnect Supermem from Zoom at any time. Here's how:
From Supermem
Go to Settings > Integrations in your Supermem dashboard

Confirm the disconnection when prompted
From Zoom
Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us
